About Me

I am a Performance Psychologist and Coach. I have specialized for 30 years in providing coaching and speaking services that focus on enhancing the performance of my clients while helping them achieve their dreams and goals without fear or anxiety.

To me there is nothing more satisfying than to see an individual break through the barriers that sabotage their success in life. In addition to my performance coaching practice, I work with business professionals who desire to achieve outrageous success while experiencing less stress and more balance.

In addition to coaching and speaking, I am the author of The Assertive Communicator, From Panic to Peace, Stress, Resiliency & Taking Charge of Your Life and the upcoming Creating an Outrageous Life.

My undergraduate training was at Westmont College, and later I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Pepperdine University. My Doctorate in Clinical Psychology is from Rosemead Graduate School of Professional Psychology. I am currently licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in California and received a certification in Applied Performance/Sport Psychology from the Optimal Performance Institute, specializing in performance enhancement for executives, performing artists and athletes.

I serve as an Adjunct Professor at Biola University, School of Professional Studies, as well as at California Baptist University.

A recipient of the Bronze Microphone Award of the National Speakers Association Los Angeles Chapter, I am privileged to speak on an assortment of topics related to performance enhancement, personal and leadership development, life balance and overcoming fear.

Finally, and most importantly, Ramona (victoriannoel.com), my wife of 30 years, and I are blessed with a wonderful 25 year old son and a sweet 21 year old daughter.
