break through the barriers that sabotage their success in life.”
This is my personal blog and is focused on obliterating fear in order to enhance the performance of my community of followers.
My mission is to help business professionals, performing artists, and those who desire to achieve a life they never imagined possible to dramatically increase their self-confidence, overcome their fear and develop the ability to consistently perform at or near their personal best regardless of the circumstances.
I write on performing fearlessly, creating outrageously and living boldly. On occasion, I write about things that don’t fit neatly into one of these categories.
As a Performance Psychologist, Speaker and Coach for over 30 years, I have had the privilege to author The Assertive Communicator, From Panic to Peace, Stress, Resiliency & Taking Charge of Your Life and the upcoming Creating an Outrageous Life.
