This is my personal blog and is focused on obliterating fear in order to enhance the performance of my community of followers.

My Biography

My undergraduate training was at Westmont College, and later I earned a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Pepperdine University. My Doctorate in Clinical Psychology is from Rosemead Graduate School of Professional Psychology.

I am currently licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in California and received a certification in Applied Performance/Sport Psychology from the Optimal Performance Institute, specializing in performance enhancement for executives, performing artists and athletes.

A recipient of the Bronze Microphone Award of the National Speakers Association Los Angeles Chapter, I am privileged to speak on an assortment of topics related to performance enhancement, personal and leadership development, life balance and overcoming fear.

Finally, and most importantly, Ramona (victoriannoel.com), my wife of 30 years, and I are blessed with a wonderful 25 year old son and a sweet 22 year old daughter.
